All of us at the Redwood Club are here to make sure you feel welcomed and enjoy your group exercise experience. Our instructors take great pride in bringing excitement, experience, and excellence to each class we offer.

Under the guidance of Amy K. Hesla our fitness director, all instructors and personal trainers are certified to the latest industry standards. While offering both land and aqua classes we feel confident you will find just the right class to achieve your fitness goals.

While our schedule is constantly updated, you will find such classes as Rep, Spin, Boot Camp, Body Define, Forever Fit, Muscle, Back Stabilization, Yoga, Zumba and Spin among our many offerings.
